Mongolia is not that site specific for its core experiences, rather great landscapes and nomadic lifestyles are abundant around the country. Just plan your trip taking into consideration your available trip length and if your time affords to include the different Places And Regions, as these represent different habitats. In our context they are made up of the different vegetation zones, thus supporting also different herding practices. Nomadic livelyhoods and migration patterns are certainly different in the Gobi compared to the Hangai (north) where pastures are rich and some 3600 rivers drain out to Siberia. Compared to Gobi.

If you request a trip at earliest convenience is also easier to accommodate all diverse interest’s you may have.  If it is a late request there might not be space in certain camps or flights, lack of staff in a remote area as we schedule trips in a tight way. During that time, you need do more compromises than at other times.

Good times for flexible travel solutions is the entire month of June and August.  We can at all times accommodate you, however for July, you may have to join our regular trips and fixed departures if booking late. The summer season is roughly 20MAY/20SEP. At other times, need to plan in whole different way and usually per person costs end up higher.

Customized journeys will always cost more than our regular trips, if 2 to 5 persons.  For 6 persons and more, the discounts may be considerable. Mongolia cannot comfortably accommodate very large tour groups.
